Welcome to Firm2Hand. By accessing our platform, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing our agricultural products (including Grade-A Dragon Fruit and Thai Guava), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the "Buyer") and Firm2Hand Agro (the "Supplier").
Firm2Hand guarantees that all fruits sold under the "Grade-A" label meet strict standardization criteria, including weight, brix (sugar) level, and visual appearance. However, as agricultural products are natural goods, slight variations in size and coloration may occur. Any claims regarding quality must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
All orders are subject to availability and seasonal harvest yields. Once a wholesale or retail order is confirmed and dispatched from our Jhenaidah orchard, it cannot be canceled. In the event of an unavoidable harvest failure (e.g., severe weather), Firm2Hand reserves the right to cancel or postpone orders, providing a full refund or future credit.
Prices are subject to market fluctuations and seasonality. The final price will be confirmed at the time of invoice. Wholesale buyers must adhere to the payment terms specified in their institutional contract. Retail buyers must complete payment prior to dispatch.
Firm2Hand's liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the delivered goods. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, or from delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
