1. The Cold Chain Guarantee

At Firm2Hand, we utilize an unbroken cold chain. From the moment our fruit is harvested in our Jhenaidah orchard, it is temperature-controlled to preserve optimal freshness, texture, and brix levels. This ensures that the fruit arrives at your business or doorstep in the exact condition it was picked.

2. Wholesale Delivery (B2B)

For institutional buyers, supermarkets, and distributors, deliveries are scheduled based on contractual agreements. We operate dedicated refrigerated trucks to ensure pallet integrity. Delivery timelines are typically 24-48 hours post-harvest, depending on your geographic location.

3. Retail & Family Orders

Retail orders are processed within 24 hours of the next scheduled harvest. We partner with specialized premium logistics services to deliver directly to your home. You will receive a tracking link and an estimated delivery window once your box is dispatched.

4. Receiving Your Order

Due to the perishable nature of our Grade-A fruits, someone must be present to receive the delivery. Firm2Hand is not responsible for spoilage if the package is left unattended or if delivery is delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

5. Claims & Damages

If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our strict quality standards, you must contact sales@firm2hand.com within 12 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damaged goods and the original packaging. Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit.
